During the 2026 China International Fair for Trade in Services on September 10, Moore Threads signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Beijing Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China. This partnership establishes a long-term and stable bank-enterprise strategic relationship, jointly advancing national initiatives such as "AI-plus" and the localization of computing power, while fostering high-quality growth in the artificial intelligence sector.

Within the national "15th Five-Year Plan," strong emphasis has been placed on developing technology finance and constructing a financial system that aligns with scientific and technological innovation. As a policy bank established by the state, the Export-Import Bank of China has consistently concentrated on technology finance, serving as a key provider of strategic, long-term, and patient capital. Through comprehensive, full-industry-chain financial services, it accelerates the conversion of technological advancements into practical productivity. The strategic partnership between its Beijing Branch and Moore Threads represents a concrete step toward implementing technology finance policies and bolstering hard-tech enterprises.

With the backing of technology finance, Moore Threads is intensifying its research and development investments to accelerate breakthroughs in core technologies and expand the large-scale deployment of domestic computing power. Centered on full-function GPUs, Moore Threads has built three "AI factories" based on its KUAE intelligent computing cluster: the "Model Training Factory," the "Token Production Factory," and the "Intelligent Agent Production Factory." Leveraging notable advantages in full-scenario versatility, these facilities address diverse computing needs ranging from training to inference and from digital to physical domains. The KUAE cluster has already achieved commercial-scale sales, with installations and deliveries completed in multiple regions, and technological breakthroughs attained across key dimensions, earning high recognition from customers for product performance.

In the realm of model training specifically, Moore Threads stands as one of the few domestic enterprises with genuine training-grade GPU capabilities. It has successfully commercialized thousand-card and ten-thousand-card scale clusters within a single network, achieving significant milestones in core training scenarios such as foundational models, embodied intelligence brains, and world models. Furthermore, Moore Threads has entered a deep collaboration with JD Cloud to construct a 100,000-card domestic intelligent computing cluster powered by full-function GPUs, focusing on large model training, inference, and embodied intelligence. This marks the first time a domestic GPU has been integrated into a top-tier AI cloud enterprise's core 100,000-card cluster.

The signing of this strategic cooperation agreement signifies a profound convergence between policy-oriented financial institutions and a leader in domestic computing power. The two parties will collaborate comprehensively, injecting robust momentum into the independent innovation of domestic computing and the AI industry.
