SHANGHAI FUDAN (01385) announced that, upon nomination by the company's General Manager and approval by the Board Nomination Committee, the Board of Directors has appointed Xu Liewei, Yu Jian, and Meng Xiangwang as Deputy General Managers. Their terms will commence from the date of approval by the Board and continue until the end of the current Board's tenure.
