Prosperous Future clarifies lease renewal terms: HK$0.15 million monthly rent payable in advance for 36-month tenancy

Prosperous Future Holdings Limited on 26 June 2026 released a supplemental announcement to its 24 June disclosure regarding the renewal of a tenancy agreement for its premises.

The company confirmed that the agreed monthly rent is HK$148,650 (approximately HK$0.15 million). The lease runs for 36 months, and rent must be settled in advance on the first day of each calendar month. Based on the stated figures, the aggregate contractual rent over the term amounts to about HK$5.35 million.

Apart from specifying the payment schedule, all other details in the original announcement remain unchanged, including the classification of the lease renewal as a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules.

The announcement was authorised by Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director Mr Lau Ka Ho. The board composition is unchanged, comprising two executive directors (Mr Lau Ka Ho and Mr Yu Ching Him), one non-executive director (Mr Sze Wine Him Jaime) and three independent non-executive directors (Ms Chan Sze Man, Ms Bu Yanan and Mr Wong Sai Hung).
