GREEN ENERGY GP (00979) has announced the completion of the sale of its real estate and assets located in Germany. The board of directors is pleased to confirm that, on May 22, 2026, following the registration of the priority notice and the receipt of the real estate consideration by the real estate seller, EnviroAssets GmbH (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company), the real estate sale transaction has been finalized. Consequently, all possession, usage, encumbrances, risks, liabilities, and traffic safety obligations related to the real estate have been transferred from the real estate seller to the real estate buyer, Hanse Prometheus GmbH. Additionally, the asset sale transaction has been completed, whereby the ownership and possession of the assets have been transferred from the asset seller, EnviroPlastics GmbH (in which the company indirectly holds a 90% stake), to the asset buyer, Reva Polymers GmbH. Furthermore, the employment relationships solely or primarily related to the business between the asset seller and the transferred employees have been transferred to the asset buyer.
