Qingci Games Inc. announced a series of senior governance changes effective 14 May 2026. Mr. Zhu Chengyin and Ms. Yung Mei Yee have resigned as joint company secretaries; Ms. Yung has also stepped down as authorised representative under Hong Kong Listing Rule 3.05. Both departing executives confirmed no disagreements with the Board and no matters requiring shareholder attention.
Ms. Wang Yilan, currently head of investor relations, has been appointed both company secretary and authorised representative. Aged 36, Ms. Wang joined Qingci Games in June 2021 and has overseen compliance, investor relations, and disclosure. Her professional background includes managerial roles at Strategic Financial Relations Limited and Wonderful Sky Financial Group Limited. Ms. Wang holds degrees from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as a Master of Corporate Governance and Compliance from Hong Kong Metropolitan University. She is a Chartered Secretary and Chartered Governance Professional, satisfying the qualification criteria under Listing Rule 3.28.
In parallel, Ms. Pan Jiaqi, age 33, has been appointed deputy company secretary. Ms. Pan, a senior financial manager in the securities department since December 2020, previously served as a senior auditor at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. She holds a bachelor’s degree in International Economics and Trade from East China University of Political Science and Law and has passed all examinations required for the PRC Certified Public Accountant qualification. Her deputy role does not constitute a joint or alternate company secretary arrangement under the Listing Rules.
The Board expressed gratitude to Mr. Zhu and Ms. Yung for their service and welcomed Ms. Wang and Ms. Pan to their new positions.
