NUMANS Seeks Waiver After Delaying Circular Dispatch on Disposal Mandate

Bulletin Express
Jun 16

Numans Health Food Holdings Company Limited has postponed the issuance of its shareholder circular related to the proposed Disposal Mandate, originally scheduled for release by 16 June 2026.

The delay stems from the need for additional time to finalise key financial disclosures, including the Group’s statement of indebtedness and a working-capital sufficiency letter.

In light of the postponement, NUMANS has applied to Hong Kong’s Stock Exchange for a waiver from strict compliance with Listing Rule 14.41(a), which requires the circular to be dispatched within 15 business days of the initial announcement dated 26 May 2026.

The company will issue a further announcement detailing the outcome of the waiver application and confirming the revised despatch timetable for the circular.
