承达集团 (01568) 3月5日发布最新公告，称公司目前公众持股量约为24.26%，仍低于香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第13.32B(1)条规定的最低25%要求。根据此前于2026年2月9日及3月3日发布的公告，公司正按预期时间表推进恢复公众持股量的计划，目标在2026年第三季度末前恢复至合规水平。
公告指出，公司已与财务顾问、潜在承配人及其他相关方展开初步磋商，预计于2026年上半年内落实并公布具体条款和实施里程碑。为强化内部监控并防止类似事件再次发生，公司在此前措施的基础上，进一步加强董事及其附属公司董事及紧密联系人的证券交易审批程序，提升对股权结构及公众持股量状况的定期监控，并安排董事复习上市规则中有关最低公众持股量和权益披露的要求。
公司表示，直至公众持股量恢复达标前，将按照上市规则第13.32E(2)(a)条要求每月发布公告，以更新有关进展，并于适当时另行披露进一步信息。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时应审慎行事。
