中国石油化工股份（港交所代码：00386）于2026年7月15日发布翌日报表公告，披露了最新股份回购及已发行股本变动情况。
根据公告，公司当日于香港联交所场内回购H股3,068,000股，占回购前公司H股已发行股本约0.013%，每股回购价格介乎4.13港元至4.19港元，总耗资约1,273.07万港元。回购完成后，公司H股已发行股本仍为23,782,600,600股。公司于2026年5月13日获取的回购授权可回购H股2,378,260,060股，目前已于交易所或其他证券交易所合计回购65,510,000股，占授权时公司已发行股份总数的约0.054%。
同时，公司于上海证券交易所回购A股1,431,500股，占回购前公司A股已发行股本约0.001%，每股回购价格介乎4.96元至5.03元人民币，总耗资约715.61万元人民币。回购完成后，公司A股已发行股本仍为97,142,913,622股。
公告亦显示，公司确认上述回购活动已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规之规定。公告由董事会秘书张征签署。
