Country Garden Holdings Company Limited (Stock Code: 02007) disclosed that on 05 March 2026, 26.27 million new ordinary shares were issued following the conversion of zero coupon mandatory convertible bonds (MCB (A)) at an issue price of HKD2.60 per share. The newly issued shares represent approximately 0.06% of the previous total of 42.20 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares).
Following this conversion, the number of ordinary shares in issue increased to 42.22 billion. No relevant share buybacks or redemptions were reported during the period covered by the disclosure.
