此次股息派发的时间表已经明确：除净日定为2026年7月10日，为符合股息分派资格而递交股份过户文件的最后时限为7月13日下午4时30分，公司将从7月14日至7月17日暂停办理股份过户登记，股权登记日为7月17日。该末期股息方案须待2026年6月30日召开的股东周年大会批准。
在代扣所得税安排方面，公告列明了针对不同股东类型的处理方式。对于注册地址在中国内地以外的非居民企业股东，公司将按10%税率代扣企业所得税；对地址在内地的个人股东，按20%税率代扣个人所得税。通过沪港通或深港通投资H股的境内个人投资者及证券投资基金，同样按20%税率代扣代缴。内地企业投资者通过互联互通机制取得的股息红利，则须自行申报缴纳所得税，公司不代扣。
