包裹快递巨头联邦快递表示，由于美国关税政策导致的全球贸易环境变化，预计本财年收益将受到10亿美元的冲击。在截至5月的上一财年中，联邦快递公布的调整后营业收入为61亿美元。
该公司表示，从中国到美国的包裹量持续萎缩。联邦快递在截至8月的季度中，跨太平洋亚洲出境运力同比下降25%，环比下降10%。需求下降主要是由于特朗普政府的政策变化，取消了此前对价值800美元或以下包裹免征关税的最低免征额条款。
联邦快递首席客户官Brie Carere表示："这对客户来说压力很大。"她补充说，小企业在应对最低免征额取消方面面临更大挑战，联邦快递正在帮助他们实现部分清关流程的自动化。
对于即将到来的旺季，Carere表示联邦快递对包裹量保持"谨慎乐观"的态度，并补充说美国消费者似乎仍然具有韧性。
联邦快递表示，预计2026财年收入将增长4%至6%，营业收入基本持平。
