Geotech Holdings Delays FY2025 Annual Report; Trading Suspension Continues

Geotech Holdings Ltd. announced that it will not meet the 30 April 2026 deadline to publish its annual report for the year ended 31 December 2025. The delay stems from the previously disclosed postponement of its FY2025 annual results, which remain unpublished.

The late despatch breaches Rule 13.46(2) of the Hong Kong Listing Rules. The Board stated that further announcements will be issued to update shareholders on a new publication schedule once available.

Trading in Geotech Holdings’ shares has been suspended since 9:00 a.m. on 1 April 2026 and will remain halted until further notice. Investors are advised to exercise caution when dealing in the company’s securities.

The Board currently comprises Executive Director Hui Sai Kwong, Garrison and Independent Non-Executive Directors Chan Tsang Mo, Shen Zejing and Lawrence James Edwards.
