Maoyan Entertainment Announces Resignation of Non-Executive Director Tang Lichun

Maoyan Entertainment reported that Non-Executive Director Tang Lichun has resigned, effective 20 August 2026, citing other business commitments.
According to the company, Tang confirmed there is no disagreement with the board and no matters requiring shareholder or Stock Exchange attention in relation to his departure.
The board expressed gratitude for Tang’s contributions during his tenure. As of the announcement date, the board comprises one executive director—Zheng Zhihao; four non-executive directors—Wang Changtian, Li Xiaoping, Wang Jian and Sun Zhonghuai; and four independent non-executive directors—Wang Hua, Chan Charles Sheung Wai, Yin Hong and Liu Lin.
