Wee Hur Holdings starts voluntary liquidation of dormant associated company

On Dec, 30 2025, Wee Hur Holdings Ltd. announced that Fernvale Green Pte. Ltd., a dormant associated company held through its wholly owned subsidiary Wee Hur Property Pte. Ltd., has begun a members' voluntary liquidation under the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018.
The company said the liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on the Group’s consolidated net tangible assets per share or consolidated earnings per share for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2025.
Wee Hur added that none of its directors or controlling shareholders holds any interest in the liquidation beyond their shareholdings in the company.
