保诚（02378）于2026年3月16日发布翌日披露报表，公告显示，于2026年3月11日购回并于2026年3月13日注销的股份数为423,938股，占该次变动前已发行股本约0.016739%，每股购回价为GBP 10.9544。注销后，已发行股本变动为2,532,160,059股。
同时，公告显示公司于2026年3月13日通过伦敦证券交易所再度回购368,389股普通股，每股最高购回价GBP 10.885、最低购回价GBP 10.655，总额GBP 3,966,600.95。该笔回购股份拟注销，暂未计入最终股本变动。
此外，公告披露了2026年3月12日及3月13日另有364,010股与368,389股股份购回记录，均属拟注销股份，分别占变动前已发行股本约0.014373%和0.014546%。公司购回授权于2025年5月14日获通过，可购回总数为262,668,701股，截至目前累计回购约75,013,833股，占授权时已发行股本的2.880075%。
