According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on September 4, shareholders of SHIMAO GROUP (00813) deposited shares into Citibank with a market value of HK$161 million, representing 6.67%. Previously, on September 1, SHIMAO GROUP shareholders deposited shares into Citibank with a market value of HK$136 million, representing 5.04%. SHIMAO GROUP announced that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Shimao Construction Limited (Shimao Construction), achieved operating revenue of RMB 5.906 billion for the six months ended June 30, 2025, with a net loss attributable to Shimao Construction shareholders of RMB 4.572 billion.
