PW Medtech Group Limited disclosed that it repurchased 60,000 ordinary shares on 24 July 2026 at HKD 1.04 per share, spending HKD 62,400. The transaction forms part of the company’s ongoing share-buyback programme authorised by shareholders on 26 June 2026.

Including this latest trade, PW Medtech has acquired 2.42 million shares between 29 June and 24 July 2026 that remain to be cancelled. The aggregated consideration for these repurchases, executed entirely on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, totals approximately HKD 2.56 million, with prices ranging from HKD 1.04 to HKD 1.10 per share.

The 2.42 million shares represent about 0.17% of PW Medtech’s 1.43 billion issued shares (excluding treasury shares). After the most recent transaction, issued share capital stands unchanged at 1,433.24 million shares, as none of the repurchased shares have yet been cancelled.

Under the current mandate, PW Medtech is authorised to repurchase up to 144.29 million shares; year-to-date activity therefore utilises roughly 1.67% of this limit. In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is subject to a moratorium on issuing new shares or transferring any treasury shares until 23 August 2026.

The board confirms that all repurchases were executed in compliance with prevailing regulations and that no material changes have occurred to the previously filed explanatory statement dated 24 April 2026.
