昇柏控股2026年上半年营收9,190万港元，经调整净亏损2,580万港元

昇柏控股公布截至2026年6月30日止六个月业绩，期内营收约9,190万港元，同比增长47.7%。毛利约770万港元，同比下降19.8%，毛利率从上一年同期的15.4%降至8.4%。公司经营费用约3,500万港元，同比减少14.8%。主要由于市场竞争加剧令利润空间收窄，以及若干竣工项目分包成本结算节省减少；同时，由于审慎把控人员及其他经常性开支，全年经营费用得以降低。

经调整净亏损（LBITDA）约2,580万港元，同比扩大20%。经营现金流方面，期内净流出约290万港元，较上年同期有明显改善。

业务分项

室内装饰及特殊项目业务（“ISP Business”）上半年录得营收约8,960万港元，同比上升49.3%。该板块的毛利约590万港元，毛利率为6.6%。收益增长主要来自过去若干年度新承接项目在期内逐步转化为实际收入。不过，因为市况竞争更趋激烈，竣工项目的最终付款宽减减少，同时人工及其他成本持续上涨，导致板块利润率下行。

中国物业及设施管理业务（“PFM China Business”）上半年营收约230万港元，同比增长4.5%，毛利约180万港元。该分部在中国内地的服务规模总体保持稳定。
