BANK OF GUIZHOU (06199): Chen Hanqing Resigns as Non-Executive Director

BANK OF GUIZHOU (06199) announced that the bank's board of directors received a resignation letter from non-executive director Mr. Chen Hanqing on September 26, 2025. Mr. Chen Hanqing was a non-executive director nominated by the bank's shareholder, the Guizhou Provincial Department of Finance.

Due to work arrangements, Mr. Chen Hanqing will no longer serve as the bank's non-executive director, member of the board audit committee, or member of the risk and related transaction management committee. Mr. Chen Hanqing's resignation took effect on September 26, 2025.

He has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board of directors, and there are no other matters that need to be brought to the attention of the bank's shareholders. The Guizhou Provincial Department of Finance has separately nominated a candidate for non-executive director to the bank. The board of directors will continue to advance the appointment of a successor non-executive director and will fulfill the corresponding information disclosure obligations in a timely manner.
