4月27日，正业国际（ZHENGYE INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS COMPANY LIMITED）公告称，其间接非全资附属公司中山联合鸿兴智造有限公司已与中山盛强橡塑工业有限公司签订买卖协议，拟以现金人民币7,880,100元出售位于广东省中山市沙溪镇的新濠南路138号松湾智谷智能制造项目3号工厦1层物业，建筑面积1,208.06平方米。 按协议，买方需在2026年4月30日前支付首期款约157.6万元，其余约630.41万元须在2026年6月30日前付清；物业最迟于4月30日交付使用，交易登记须在签约后720个工作日内完成。 该物业于2026年3月31日的账面值约为333.75万元。扣除增值税后的净对价约为722.95万元，集团预计录得税前收益约389.20万元。所得资金将用于项目开发建设或补充集团营运资金。 公司表示，此次交易有助于盘活资产并为“松湾智谷”项目后续建设提供资金支持。根据香港联交所上市规则第14章，本次交易构成须予披露交易，因相关百分比率高于5%但低于25%，需履行公告及通知义务。
