截至2025年9月30日止九个月，红星美凯龙家居集团股份有限公司实现营收49.69亿元，同比去年同期的61.05亿元下降约18.6%。在扣除非经常性损益后，归属于母公司所有者的净利润为-9.59亿元，较上年同期的-10.52亿元亏损收窄8.83%。毛利率约为61.9%，销售费用约占营收的12.44%，管理费用占比约为12.07%，研发投入占比约为0.09%。报告期内，经营活动净现金流为6.43亿元，上年同期为-5.31亿元。
公司表示，本期营收下滑主要受家居零售市场需求减弱以及商户租金收入阶段性降低等因素影响，同时部分商场委管及其他业务板块项目减少。融资成本下降使财务费用相对减少，亦在一定程度上减轻了整体亏损。
