BaWang International (Group) Holding Limited issued a shareholder letter dated 6 May 2026 confirming that its latest corporate communication—a package comprising the circular, notice of Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and proxy form—is now available on both the company’s website (www.bawang.com.cn) and Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company advised that:

1. Shareholders can view or download the documents online. 2. Printed copies will be provided free of charge upon written request to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars (HK) Limited, at 2103B, 21/F, 148 Electric Road, North Point, Hong Kong, or via e-mail at ecomm@bawang.com.hk. 3. Even after opting for the website version, shareholders retain the right to change their preferred method of receipt or language at any time with reasonable written notice. 4. A functional e-mail address is required to receive electronic notifications; without one, shareholders will continue to receive printed notices and actionable corporate communications.

Chairman Chen Qiyuan signed the notification, and an enquiry hotline (+852 2153 1688) has been established for shareholder questions during business hours. The notice applies only to registered shareholders listed on the company’s register as of the mailing date.
