华润医药披露华润江中2026年上半年业绩：营收19.32亿元、净利4.91亿元

2026年8月21日，华润医药（03320.HK）公告旗下非全资附属公司华润江中药业股份有限公司（以下简称“华润江中”）截至2026年6月30日止六个月的未经审计财务数据。公告显示：

1. 资产情况 截至2026年6月30日，华润江中总资产为67.38亿元，较2025年12月31日的68.81亿元减少2.08%。同期，上市公司股东应占资产净值为39.59亿元，较2025年末的40.23亿元下降1.59%。

2. 经营成果 2026年上半年，华润江中实现营业总收入19.32亿元，同比下降9.75%；上市公司股东应占净利润4.91亿元，同比减少5.92%。扣除非经常性损益后，归属上市公司股东净利润4.70亿元，同比下降2.59%。基本每股收益和摊薄每股收益均为人民币0.78元，去年同期均为人民币0.82元。

3. 现金流及盈利能力 报告期内，经营活动所得现金流量净额6.96亿元，较去年同期的6.52亿元增长6.80%。加权平均资产净值回报率为11.51%，同比减少1.38个百分点。

4. 股息分派 根据董事会决定，华润江中拟以股权登记日总股本为基数，向全体股东每10股派发现金股息人民币5元（含税）。该方案已提交并获2025年股东周年大会批准。
