Zhaogang Group-W (06676) has announced that following the approval of a special resolution at an extraordinary general meeting held on January 16, 2026, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands has issued a certificate of name change registration. This confirms that the company's Chinese name has been changed from "Zhaogang Industrial Interconnection Group" to "Zhaogang Wang Group," with the new name being recorded in the Cayman Islands company register effective January 16, 2026. On March 19, 2026, the Hong Kong Companies Registrar issued a certificate of registration of change of name for a non-Hong Kong company, confirming that the company's new Chinese name, Zhaogang Wang Group, has been registered in Hong Kong under Part 16 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622). The company's shares will be traded on the Stock Exchange under the new Chinese stock abbreviation "找钢网-W," while the existing Chinese abbreviation "找钢集团-W" will cease to be used from 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026. The existing English stock abbreviation "ZG GROUP-W" and stock code "6676" will remain unchanged. The warrants will be traded on the Stock Exchange under the new Chinese abbreviation "找钢网三零," while the existing Chinese abbreviation "找钢集团三零" will cease to be used from 9:00 a.m. on April 1, 2026. The existing English warrant abbreviation "ZG GROUP W30" and warrant code "2572" will remain unchanged.
