董事会表示，已于2026年8月3日上午接获法律顾问的相关通知，目前正就该交易拟采取的行动咨询顾问，并已向接管人作进一步查询。公司将按香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》适时披露最新进展。

公告同时回顾，2018年7月5日，齐合环保曾与若干独立第三方就最高3亿美元的银团定期贷款签订融资协议；2024年4月3日，公司公告该融资协议出现付款违约；2025年5月20日，公司若干全资附属公司股份被委任接管人；2026年5月6日，接管人称已出售相关资产；2026年7月7日，公司就相关事项发出传讯令状；2026年7月31日，接管人进一步公告已完成出售Scholz集团。

公司股票自2025年4月1日上午9时起在联交所暂停买卖，直至另行通知，相关复牌指引尚待履行。齐合环保表示将依据《上市规则》继续发布后续信息。
