Welife Technology Limited has released a circular detailing a proposed share consolidation and the accompanying notice of an extraordinary general meeting. The full English and Chinese versions of these corporate communications are now accessible on both the company’s website (www.irasia.com/listco/hk/welifetech) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders are encouraged to review the electronic versions. Non-registered holders who experience difficulty accessing the online documents, or who prefer physical copies, can obtain printed versions free of charge by completing and returning the provided request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong. Requests may also be submitted via email to 1703-ecom@vistra.com.

Investors holding shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide a functional email address to those intermediaries if they wish to receive future corporate communications electronically. Until an email address is registered, such holders will receive only printed notices of publication.
