Tat Hong Equipment Service posts stable July 2026 share capital; public float intact

Tat Hong Equipment Service Co., Ltd. (incorporated in the Cayman Islands) filed its Monthly Return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the month ended 31 July 2026, confirming that its share capital structure remained unchanged during the period.

The company’s authorised share capital stood firm at 1.88 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.08 each, equivalent to USD 150.00 million. No authorisations, cancellations or amendments were recorded in July.

Issued share capital also showed no movement. Outstanding ordinary shares totalled 1.17 billion, identical to the prior month, and the company held no treasury shares. Tat Hong confirmed compliance with the Main Board’s minimum 25% public-float requirement as at 31 July 2026.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 15 December 2020, no options were granted, exercised, cancelled or lapsed during the month, leaving zero outstanding options. The scheme continues to allow for the potential issuance of up to 116.69 million shares.

The filing notes no warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked agreements in force and records no fund-raising activities for the month.

The return was authorised and submitted on 4 August 2026 by Director Mr Yau Kok San.
