截至3月23日，公司已发行股本变动后为2,529,952,931股。根据公告，保诚于2025年5月14日取得股份购回授权，授权总数为262,668,701股。公司已在香港联交所或其他交易所合计回购77,237,497股，占授权决议通过当日已发行股本的2.96545%。公告同时确认，公司本次回购已遵守相关上市规则及当地适用法例。
