DATA UNION CAP (08375) announced an update regarding its proprietary Navigator Algorithm System (PAS), a technology infrastructure developed by the group. Following the recent launch of PAS and its SaaS solutions for digital marketing and customer loyalty management, the group has completed a technical upgrade and functional expansion of PAS. This enhancement transforms it into a comprehensive digital marketing and AI inference infrastructure, positioning the group to expand its innovative technology product services to include enterprise-level AI Model-as-a-Service (MaaS) solutions.
These solutions will enable clients to utilize algorithms, machine learning models, and the inference computing power of PAS to develop their own AI agents and automation tools. The group's planned AI MaaS solution can support the development of AI agent tools with various functions, including, but not limited to, assisting with office administration, automating clerical tasks, resource management, and content generation. The solution is designed for cross-industry application in sectors such as finance, content creation, marketing, education, and others.
The group intends to offer the AI MaaS solution to its clients via an annual subscription model, supplemented by a token-based charging framework. Revenue from the AI MaaS solution business is expected to be generated through a combination of: (i) annual subscription and licensing fees from clients, covering the use of algorithms and machine learning models provided by PAS, along with standard updates, routine customer service, and technical support; (ii) usage-based fees calculated on the volume of tokens consumed, where a token is a discrete unit of data processed by the AI model during inference, computation, and output generation, making the fee proportional to the client's usage level; and (iii) surcharges for additional services and features, such as custom-developed AI models tailored to specific client requirements.
As of the date of this announcement, the planned AI MaaS solution and the related PAS technology upgrade are currently in the pilot testing stage. An initial launch is anticipated before the end of the fourth quarter of 2026. The board believes that the development and upcoming launch of this AI MaaS solution business will complement the group's existing SaaS solutions. This move is expected to further enhance the group's strategic position as an emerging innovative technology service provider, solidify its footprint in the AI and digital economy sectors, and, against the backdrop of growing demand for AI and innovative technology services, strengthen its competitive advantages and revenue streams over the long term.
