Sunray Engineering Group Limited announced on 3 July 2026 that its 2025/26 Annual Report, accompanying circular and notice of the forthcoming annual general meeting (collectively, “Current Corporate Communication”) are now available in both English and Chinese on the company’s website (www.sunray.com.hk) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board recommends stakeholders—particularly non-registered shareholders whose Sunray Engineering shares are held through CCASS participants—to access the electronic versions. Shareholders experiencing difficulties with email notifications or online access may obtain free printed copies of the Current Corporate Communication, as well as all future corporate communications, by completing and returning the enclosed request form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by emailing 8616-ecom@vistra.com.

Should non-registered holders prefer to receive communications electronically, they are advised to provide a functional email address to their banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or to HKSCC Nominees Limited. Until an email address is supplied through these intermediaries, Sunray Engineering will dispatch only hard-copy notices of publication.

The notification, issued by Chairman and Executive Director Lam Ka Wing, reiterates that printed materials will be sent promptly upon request at no cost to shareholders. The standing instruction will remain effective for future corporate communications until written notice of change is provided or until 31 March 2027, whichever occurs first.
