Freshworks发布的第三季度业绩超出市场预期，实现营收2.151亿美元，调整后每股收益为16美分。更引人注目的是，公司预计第四季度营收将达到2.17亿美元至2.20亿美元，中值高于分析师平均预期。这一强劲预期主要源于企业对人工智能驱动的软件工具需求不断增长，公司的Freshdesk和Freshservice等产品都集成了AI功能，以增强客户关系管理和IT服务管理能力。
