中国船舶集团（香港）航运租赁有限公司(3877)宣布，董事会已决议并宣派特别股息，每股0.06港元。该特别股息将于2026年03月16日（星期一）或之前派付。
董事会指出，公司的财务状况及盈利足以支持此次派息，并认为有关安排符合公司及股东的整体利益。根据公告，股东名册将于2026年02月03日（星期二）至2026年02月05日（星期四）期间暂停办理过户，送达股份过户文件的截止时间为2026年02月02日（星期一）下午四时三十分，记载股东享有派息资格的记录日期为2026年02月05日（星期四）。
股息可选以港元或人民币形式派发。若股东希望以人民币收取，须在2026年03月02日（星期一）下午四时三十分前提交股息货币选择表格，否则将自动以港元收取。人民币特别股息根据中国人民银行公布的截至2026年02月05日止五个营业日的人民币对港元中间价平均汇率计算。公司提示，选择以人民币收取股息的股东需注意银行账户安排及相关手续，且公司不对香港以外地区人民币支票的兑付作出保证。
