泓盈城市运营服务集团股份有限公司（股票代码：02529）日前发布公告，董事会拟获得一般授权，自股东大会通过之日起在香港联交所以不超过公司已发行H股股本总数10%的额度进行股份购回。据悉，公司目前在港发行H股总量为4,000万股，此次授权如获全面行使，最多可购回约400万股。
公告称，公司将依据中国相关法律法规及上市规则，以合法资金来源执行购回，具体安排包括设定回购时间、价格区间及处理回购股份等。董事会表示，回购主要用于灵活调配资本结构并提升股东回报，认为此举符合公司及股东的整体最佳利益。公司还指出，如实际进行状态超出财务与营运考量范围，将谨慎审视回购规模和时机。
公司计划于2026年5月11日召开年度股东大会，就上述购回授权进行审议表决。董事会同时提醒，股东名册将于2026年5月6日至5月11日暂时关闭注册登记，相关股东若拟出席投票，应留意登记办理期限，以确保合法行使股东权利。
