中国金融国际投资有限公司（00721）于2025年12月3日发布的月报显示，截至2025年11月30日，公司法定注册股本维持在30,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，总额为3亿港元，较上月无变化。公司已发行股份总数同样维持在10,971,634,030股，报告期内并未发生新增发行、购回或库存股变动活动。
根据公告，公司于2017年12月15日采纳的购股权计划在本月内新增授出1,000,000,000份购股权，本月底结存购股权总数为1,000,000,000份。本月并未因行使该等期权而发行新股或转让任何库存股份。截至本月底，若上述期权全部行使，公司可能发行或自库存转让的股份数为1,000,000,000股，另行披露显示本月底可于所有已授出期权全部行使时发行或转让的股份总数为97,163,403股。
公告同时确认，公司遵守香港联合交易所有限公司《上市规则》及相关法律规定，并由公司秘书许正日签署。
