Hong Kong Stock Exchange data revealed that on April 9, BlackRock purchased approximately 7.52 million shares of CHALCO (02600) at an average price of HK$12.77 per share. The total transaction value amounted to around HK$96 million. Following this acquisition, BlackRock's total shareholding in the company increased to approximately 321 million shares, representing 8.14% of the issued share capital.
