回购前后，公司已发行股本维持在492,432,164股，所回购股份尚未完成注销。心动公司于2025年5月29日获得股东授予股份回购授权，可回购股份总数为49,167,523股。截至目前，公司已根据授权累计回购4,094,600股，占授权通过当日已发行股本约0.8328%。
