中创智领（00564）8月5日公告称，公司计划于2026年8月25日14时在中国河南自贸试验区郑州片区（经开）第九大街167号公司会议室召开2026年第三次临时股东会，审议《关于以集中竞价交易方式回购A股股份的议案》及其下设10项子议案，包括回购目的、种类、方式、实施期限、数量及资金总额等核心事项。会议将以投票方式表决，表决结果将在香港联合交易所有限公司网站及公司官网披露。
为确定有权出席并投票的H股股东名册，公司将自2026年8月20日至2026年8月25日（包括首尾两日）暂停办理H股股份过户登记。H股股东如欲参会，须在2026年8月19日16时30分或之前，将过户文件及相关股票送交香港中央证券登记有限公司。届时，股东可亲身或委派代表出席会议并行使表决权。
