2026年7月7日，绿城中国控股有限公司（03900）披露未经审核营运数据。公告显示，截至2026年6月30日止六个月，绿城集团累计取得总合同销售面积约422万平方米，总合同销售金额约人民币947亿元。
其中，自投项目累计实现合同销售面积约182万平方米，合同销售金额约人民币602亿元，归属于集团的权益金额约人民币407亿元。同期，代建项目累计取得销售面积约240万平方米，销售金额约人民币345亿元。
分月来看，2026年6月，自投项目实现销售2,073套，销售面积约31万平方米，销售金额约人民币114亿元，销售均价约每平方米人民币36,938元；代建项目当月取得销售面积约62万平方米，销售金额约人民币93亿元。
截至2026年6月30日，绿城集团累计已签认购协议但未转为销售合同的金额约人民币17亿元，其中归属于集团的权益金额约人民币12亿元。
