公司主营可再生能源发电，业务集中于中国市场，运营装机容量合计738兆瓦，风力发电厂并网电量在期内达到1,499.2吉瓦时，利用小时数2,043小时。多个风电项目所在地风况改善，带动电量上升。报告期内，公司完成对香港建设（控股）有限公司74.83%股权的收购，收购代价为18.75亿港元。上述交易完成后，Lynnfield Capital Limited成为本公司直接控股公司，Cordoba Holdings Limited则成为最终控股公司。
