7月23日，创新药板块走高， 康方生物涨近7%， 康诺亚-B、 荣昌生物涨超3%， 恒瑞医药、 药明康德涨超2%， 药明生物涨近2%。
消息面上，康诺亚-B公告称，公司重点研发产品CM512（TSLP/IL-13双抗）已被国家药监局药审中心纳入突破性治疗品种名单，拟用于治疗慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉。CM512为公司自主研发的IgG-like长效型TSLPxIL-13双阻断剂，此前I期临床研究已于2025年11月达成全部研究终点，并于2026年4月在《Journal of Translational Medicine》发表相关结果。目前，CM512用于慢性鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉的II期临床研究正在推进，公司同时布局中重度哮喘、中重度慢阻肺、成人中重度特应性皮炎、慢性自发性荨麻疹等多个适应症。
