Prinx Chengshan Keeps Share Capital Steady as 16.43 Million Options Lapse in March

Prinx Chengshan Holdings Limited reported no changes to its authorised or issued share capital for the month ended 31 March 2026, according to its latest monthly return filed with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 April 2026.

• Authorised capital remained at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of USD 0.00005, equivalent to USD 50,000.

• Issued share capital stayed unchanged at 638.65 million shares, and the company held no treasury shares.

• Public-float compliance was confirmed, meeting the Main Board’s 25 percent minimum threshold.

• Under the 2021 Share Option Scheme, 16.43 million options carrying an exercise price of HK$8.568 lapsed during March, leaving no outstanding options from that batch. The scheme still allows for the future issuance of up to 10.91 million shares.

With no share issuances, repurchases, or treasury-share activities recorded during the month, Prinx Chengshan’s share structure remains stable heading into the next reporting period.
