亿胜生物科技有限公司（01061.HK）7月17日在港交所公告披露，根据对截至2026年6月30日止六个月（“2026年中期期间”）未经审计综合管理账目的初步审阅，公司预计期内收益及溢利将分别较2025年同期下降约10%及30%。2025年同期，公司实现收益约8.77亿港元，溢利约1.63亿港元。
公司指出，业绩下滑主要受中国自2026年1月1日起追溯生效的新增值税法影响。新规将医药批发企业销售普通生物制品的增值税税率由简易计税方法的3%提升至13%，与其他药品税率保持一致。由于中国集中采购系统对含税销售价格实行固定定价，公司无法将新增税负转嫁给终端客户，导致税负成本上升并压缩利润空间，尤其影响“贝复舒”及“贝复济”系列产品。
尽管盈利能力承压，公告显示，截至2026年6月30日，公司现金及现金等价物约8.07亿港元，维持了稳健的现金流和财务状况。
公司称，上述预期数据基于管理层对未审计财务资料的初步评估，最终结果可能受若干因素影响，包括部分资产公平值变动等。正式的2026年中期业绩公告预计将于2026年8月按上市规则发布。
