海螺水泥(00914)于2026年8月19日发布公告称，公司当日在上海证券交易所回购普通股股份76万股，占本次回购前公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）总数的约0.0193%。回购价格区间介乎人民币17.43元至17.51元，合计支付价款约人民币13,283,516.32元(约1,328.35万元)。
本次回购完成后，公司已发行股本(不包括库藏股)变动为39.43920244亿股，库藏股数量增至3353.98万股，总股本维持在39.77460044亿股。公司此前已就相关购回活动在2026年5月26日刊发公告，此次购回与公司此前披露信息不存在重大差异。公司并确认本次股份购回符合香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律的规定和程序。
