KORE US REIT (CMOU) reported on Oct, 13 2026 that it has finished “The Post”, its fourth full-floor spec-suite project and the second within The Plaza Buildings complex at 10800 The Plaza Buildings, Bellevue, Washington.
The Post comprises 15,400 square feet split into six studio suites and an amenity hub with collaborative workspaces, breakout areas and shared facilities. Three of the six suites—representing 50% of the floor—were leased before construction was completed.
The manager said the ready-to-occupy concept is intended for small and mid-sized tenants seeking flexibility and faster move-in schedules. Spec-suite developments reduce landlords’ fit-out costs, shorten vacancy periods and accelerate rental income.
Previous full-floor spec-suite projects by KORE at The Greenhouse (10900 The Plaza Buildings, Bellevue), Ventuno (1800 West Loop South, Houston) and Iron Point (Sacramento) reached full occupancy after completion. Building on this strategy, KORE is developing more than 35,000 square feet of additional spec suites at Great Hills Plaza, Westech 360 and further phases at The Plaza Buildings.
KORE’s portfolio, as at Jun, 30 2026, comprised 13 freehold office assets across eight U.S. growth markets with a total asset value of about 1.3 billion Singapore dollars and more than 4.8 million square feet of net lettable area.
