Kingsoft Corporation Limited (“Kingsoft”) has notified shareholders that its board of directors will convene on Wednesday, 27 May 2026. The session’s primary agenda is to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the three months ended 31 March 2026, alongside other routine matters.
