满贯集团控股有限公司（03390）8月14日公告称，因需额外时间编制及最终确定资料，公司原计划于2026年8月14日或之前寄发的两份通函——涉及与健倍苗苗集团分销协议及佛慈分销协议的持续关连交易通函，以及涉及与赞才集团2025年主买卖协议的持续关连交易通函——将顺延至不迟于2026年8月21日寄发。
公告回顾，公司曾于2026年6月12日发布两则关于修订与健倍苗苗集团及赞才集团持续关连交易年度上限的公告，并于2026年7月10日及7月31日先后披露延迟寄发通函的情况。本次为再次延迟。
