君雅有限公司与亨得利控股有限公司(股份代号：3389)联合公布，自愿无条件全面现金要约收购亨得利控股全部已发行股份（不包括要约人及相关人士已实益拥有的股份）的事项，近日发布澄清公告。公告指出，2025年11月28日已刊发的联合公告中文版“价值比较”段落中出现笔误，涉及一项溢价数据的描述。
公告显示，上述笔误仅出现于联合公告的中文版，相应的英文版本并无错误。除该项目的更正外，联合公告中(包括中英文版本)其余内容均保持不变。要约方与董事会强调，此次更正仅为中文文字描述问题，不影响要约收购事项的实质内容。
根据公告，君雅有限公司的唯一董事及亨得利控股有限公司的董事会成员均对相关信息的准确性承担责任，并已在作出合理查询后确认所有意见皆经过审慎考虑。公告提及，此次澄清旨在确保要约收购消息的完整性和准确性。联合公告的其余要约条款与说明继续有效。亨得利控股目前仍按计划推进该自愿无条件全面现金要约收购并维持相关安排不变。
