According to the newly released Next Day Disclosure Return, CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (03899) updated its share capital structure due to multiple share issuances undertaken between 2 January 2026 and 27 January 2026. The opening balance on 31 December 2025 consisted of 2,030,140,306 issued shares (excluding 240,000 treasury shares), for a total of 2,030,380,306.
