东岳集团（股票代码：00189）宣布，将在2026年6月5日举行的股东周年大会上寻求股份购回的一般授权，最多回购其已发行股本的10%。该公司现有已发行股份总数为1,732,711,637股，拟回购上限约为173,271,163股。
东岳集团董事会表示，此次购回计划将根据适用的上市规则及开曼群岛法例进行，并可使用公司溢利或其他符合法规规定的资金。公司管理层认为，股份购回有助于提升股东回报或优化资本结构，符合公司及股东的最佳利益。
截至2025年4月至2026年4月，东岳集团在香港联交所的月度股价区间大致维持在每股7.67港元至14.39港元之间（4月和3月至今价格为参考）。董事会称，后续能否以及何时执行购回，需进一步考虑市场状况及资金安排。
据了解，为厘定股东大会投票资格，东岳集团将于2026年6月1日至6月4日（首尾两日包括在内）暂停办理股份过户登记手续。董事会建议股东留意相关时间安排，必要时提前办理股份转登记手续。
