本次发行前，公司于2026年7月9日的已发行股本（不包括库藏股）为10,784,877,597股，库藏股数量为63,212,000股。发行完成后，公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）增至10,785,032,597股，库藏股数量保持不变，仍为63,212,000股。公司确认本次发行已获董事会正式授权，并已遵守相关上市规则及法律法规。
